About Northcott Beaton Ltd

Since 1990, Northcott Beaton has been providing a much-needed personal touch to the commercial and personal insurance needs of clients across the South-West, from Land’s End to Bristol. At the helm are Keiron Northcott and Nick Beaton along with their highly experienced and friendly team. The technology may have changed but the quality of service remains the same. We know how important continuity is too. Our clients appreciate being able to pick up the phone and speak to the same person. That’s why so many of them have been with us since the beginning. We specialise in providing commercial insurance for construction, leisure and tourism, property, and charity sectors. We also offer a range of conveyancing products for lawyers and conveyancers, including cover for when things go wrong during property deals.

Northcott Beaton is proud to be part of the Benefact Group, which is an international group of financial businesses that gives all available profits back to good causes and charities, which recently hit the milestone of £100 million of giving since its formation in 2016. We are also proud supporters of the Exeter Chiefs Foundation, who are a charity that is determined to enhance the lives of people in the local Exeter Community by providing donations and tangible investments. The Foundation has supported 120 Projects, Charities and Organisations since its inception in 2011.

In 2021 Northcott Beaton joined Lloyd & Whyte Community Broking, a collection of local insurance brokers based in the South West. This has given the business improved infrastructure allowing the team to focus on providing the same high levels of service they always have as well as looking at new opportunities to help protect your business.
